HedgerWay are currently partnered with a FTSE Listed Real Estate company in the recruitment of a Senior JV Accountant.

The company have a portfolio of high quality property throughout the UK and own or manage of portfolio valued at £12bn+, making them one of the largest Real Estate companies across Europe.

Reporting into the JV Reporting Manager, they are looking for someone to come in and work on the joint venture results and consolidation within the wider group. This is a senior financial accountant position and involves working closely with the financial reporting management and commercial teams, as well as stakeholder management, contribution to business analysis and decision-making and relationship building both externally and across the wider finance team.

The ideal candidate will be fully qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong technical skills.

Previous experience of working in the Real Estate/ Property sector would be beneficial, not essential.
