With 15 years experience under her belt, Chrissie has established herself as a leading financial recruiter in the Financial Services space with a particular focus across Private Equity, Real Estate and Alternative Finance Houses and High Growth financial organisations. She specialises in securing exceptional opportunities for finance professionals throughout the accounting hierarchy from Newly Qualified to Director, covering both the corporate and fund side of the business.

Outside of work, Chrissie’s time is mainly dedicated to her daughter Hollie although when time allows, can often be found in London’s finest restaurants with wine glass in one hand or riding the wave of the latest gym craze, clutching a dumbbell in the other.

Recent assignments filled:
Fund Controller | Private Equity

• Brief: A growing PE business with strong AUM and fund launches on the horizon. This was a newly created role to support the growth of the business and required expertise in the fund finance space to ensure process were aligned correctly.
• Candidate profile: Headhunted a strong ACCA qualified controller with 10 years within the private equity space, who had a strong track record of fund finance processes, especially around new fund launches.

Fund Controller | Real Estate

• Brief: Real estate business with both debt and equity platforms who had just expanded their portfolio into the student accommodation space. This required senior finance support to effectively set up the finance processes for this new business stream and the role was a mix of BAU and project related accounting work.
• Candidate profile: Identified an ACA qualified candidate from our network who had a broad mix of experience gained working across a mix of established and high growth real estate players.

Fund Accountant | Private Equity

• Brief: Qualified accountant either with fund accounting experience or having worked with private equity funds from an audit perspective to support new activity the business has on the horizon.
• Candidate profile: ACA qualified, Big 4 Manager from the Wealth and Asset Management Team who had worked with a number of Private Equity houses through their time in audit.
