This is a great opportunity for an ambitious qualified finance manager to join one of the best performing UK housebuilders.
As Divisional Controller you will take responsibilty for the businesses London division consisting of £500m regeneration assets and a wider finance team of 15.
The role will have full P&L management and work closely with the operations team tracking, analysing and reporting on the development of the sites.
The role reports into a highly impressive FD and is an excellent entry point to this listed, progressive group.
Based City (hybrid) with salary in the region of £90,000 - £110,000 depending on experience plus competitve bonus and bens.
