Interim: 9 months Maternity Cover

Location: London, West End

Working for a Real Estate Investment Management business who are a leader in their specialist field, and reporting into the Fund Manager of a £1bn European Real Estate portfolio, the opportunity for an experienced Fund Controller to cover a maternity leave has become available (9 months)

The Fund Finance and Operations Manager you will take full responsibility for the management of Fund Finance, Fund Treasury and Fund Operations, in what will be a hands-on role that draws on the full breadth of financial, commercial and operational fund knowledge.

You must have worked at a similar level within an international real estate or private equity business where you have gained full fund life-cycle experience from structuring and establishment, fund investments through long term strategy. You must be a qualified accountant with at least 5 years post qualified experience and to allow for a timely handover, be available to start in early May.
