Senior Director – Fund Finance (Value Add)

£140-£150K plus bonus plus benefits 

This major name in the Real Estate Investment space, with £multi-bns under management, is preparing to launch a new series of Value-Add funds. Building on strong early indications and fundraising traction, they are now ready to press ahead with the launch of future funds.

A new role has been created, seeking to identify a strategic level leader for the product, supporting the existing Value Add funds whilst also driving the launch and development of the new series. Reporting to the Global Head of Real Estate, you will be inheriting an established team, at a critical time as they embark on a significant phase of growth. 

You'll be a qualified accountant with at least 10 years real estate fund finance experience, well versed in leading Lux domiciled closed end funds. A proven stakeholder manager, you'll be responsible for partnering with complex investor and stakeholder groups, and have experience of operating in an acquisition rich environment. You should be a natural team leader, able to develop and support the people in your team and outsourced providers.
