We are working with a new pan-European real estate debt investor to identify a Lead Fund Controller. The firm, due to launch in the coming weeks, is a spin out from an existing Real Estate Investor. Critically, they will do so with an existing fund, providing income and a track record, from which will leverage to grow rapidly over the next 3-5 years.

We are undertaking a confidential search to identify a new CFO, due to the impending retirement of the incumbent.

This organisation is a large, nationally operating business in the housebuilding sector, focused on delivering multi regions projects with strong financial governance, efficient operations, and a continuing programme of systems and process improvement. This is a broad Commercial Controllership role and will be based in their Thames Valley offices, overseeing a number of regions across the south, west, midlands and north.
