Finance Project Manager

HedgerWay are partnered with a high-growth, private equity-backed insurance business looking for an experienced Finance Project Manager to step into a critical senior role. This is a fully remote opportunity offering autonomy, complexity, and real impact across the finance function.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading the year-end process including statutory accounts production and audit management

Acting as a key business partner to non-finance stakeholders, ensuring alignment on key deliverables

Overseeing project work with a focus on finance transformation and process improvement

Driving compliance and reporting in line with Solvency II requirements

Owning deliverables in a fast-paced, evolving PE environment

What we’re looking for:

ACA qualified, ideally with a Big Four audit background,

Strong knowledge of Solvency II and the insurance sector

Hands-on experience managing audits and year-end accounts

Confident working autonomously and juggling multiple projects

Sharp communicator who can influence at all levels
