FP&A Manager

HedgerWay are currently partnered with a private equity-backed real estate developer and operator, specialising in high-quality, premium services businesses, in the recruitment of an FP&A Manager based in London.

Having grown EBITDA from approximately £10m to £40m over the past five years, the business is entering an exciting new phase of growth and expansion. With a portfolio of established operating locations and multiple new sites under development, the business has ambitious plans to significantly increase revenue and scale its platform over the coming years. Known for its strong customer focus, high-quality service offering and people-centric culture, the organisation is investing heavily in its infrastructure, leadership team and long-term growth strategy.

Reporting to the CFO, the FP&A Manager will lead the Group's financial planning, forecasting and performance reporting activities. The role will take ownership of the annual budgeting process and long-range planning, while acting as a key business partner to operational and functional leaders across the organisation. Responsibilities include delivering management and board reporting, analysing key commercial drivers and operational KPIs, developing financial models and scenario analysis, supporting strategic initiatives, and providing insight and challenge to improve business performance. The successful candidate will also lead and develop a Finance Analyst and play a key role in enhancing reporting, processes, systems and data quality as the business continues to scale.

The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified ACA accountants from a leading accounting firm, with experience gained within the FP&A function of an established real estate business, multi-site operating company, or similarly asset-intensive environment.

Strong financial modelling, analytical and Excel skills are essential, alongside the ability to translate complex data into clear commercial insight for senior stakeholders.
