About the Role
HedgerWay are currently partnered with a leading Facilities Management Company in the recruitment of a Global Finance Manager.
The main purpose of the Global Finance Manager is to be a strategic partner to the key stakeholders by providing support to both the client and the account’s senior and regional leadership teams.
This role will provide support to the global and regional leadership teams by driving and implementing best practice and when it comes to the corporate and clients annual budgeting process, quarterly and monthly forecasting process and the delivery of the sectors month end reporting requirements (Balance Sheet Reconciliations, P&L commentary and variance analysis, Path To Growth tracker, OAR reporting and client KPI reporting). This role will also support the Global Finance Director in driving commercial governance across the account and be the accounts point of contact / expert when it comes to systems and technology.
As a key member of the global finance team this role will actively support the Global Finance Director in driving the account to ensure it meets the targets set and to ensure it delivers initiatives that lead to sustainable growth. They will also deputise for the Global Finance Director & Regional Finance Leads when required.
The ideal candidate will be fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) and have prior experience within a Facilities Management sector. Experience working on International/EMEA client contracts would be beneficial, not essential.
