Group Financial Controller

We have been exclusively selected to run the above search for a billion pound turnover, multi-site retailer in Liverpool. This position plays a critical role in overseeing the financial control, governance, and performance management of the group’s core retail operations, as well as its portfolio of associated non-retail entities.

The role encompasses full responsibility for the group’s financial and management accounting, tax, and treasury functions. As a key strategic advisor to the Board and senior leadership team, this role provides insight and guidance on all financial matters, supporting decision-making at the highest level.

In addition to internal leadership responsibilities, the role is the principal point of contact for external financial stakeholders, including banks, auditors, tax advisors, and HMRC, ensuring strong and compliant financial relationships across the Group.

Salary up to c£125k plus bonus and package. Previous FMCG/retail experience is essential.
