About the Role
We are partnering with a multinational renewable energy business to appoint a Group FP&A Manager in a newly created, high-profile role reporting to the CFO. This is a rare opportunity to shape and lead a best-practice FP&A function within a well-capitalised, fast-growing global organisation, combining hands-on delivery with strategic influence across corporate finance, investment and commercial operations. This is an in-person focused business with 4dpw required in modern offices and 1dpw working remotely.
Sitting at the centre of financial decision-making, you will own the integrity of forecasting for a complex, multi-entity group, building sophisticated three-statement models, leading the annual budget and rolling outlook cycles, and translating assumptions into clear performance insight. You will drive the monthly and quarterly performance rhythm, produce high-impact management and board reporting, and partner with business development, M&A, treasury and reporting teams on major transactions, covenant monitoring and audit processes, while modernising forecasting through improved systems, ERP and reporting tools.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or ACMA) with strong commercial acumen, advanced Excel and financial systems capability, and a proven ability to challenge assumptions and improve performance across multiple business units. Naturally analytical and collaborative, you will thrive in a high-growth environment, confidently engaging senior stakeholders and bringing clarity to complex financial questions.
