About the Role

We are partnering with a leading, multi-billion-dollar revenue business, backed by blue-chip private equity, to appoint a Group Head of Financial Planning & Analysis. Headquartered in London (3dpw in the office), the company has an exceptional record of profitability and global expansion, with significant capital to deploy in the coming years.

 

This high-impact leadership role reports directly to the Group CFO and offers broad exposure across international operations, including regular interaction with the Board and Executive Committee. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping business strategy, driving financial performance, and supporting the company’s ongoing acquisition and investment activity worldwide. Responsibilities include leading a team to deliver on business planning, cashflow forecasting, investor analysis, and aligning regional strategies to group objectives.

 

We are seeking an accomplished finance and strategy leader (ACA / ACCA / ACMA or CPA) with proven experience heading Group FP&A functions within complex, fast-paced, international environments. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to influence at the highest levels and lead transformation initiatives that enable scalable growth.
