About the Role

Senior Accountant – Investment Management | London (4 days office, 1 day) | £75-£85k plus bonus and generous benefits package (including strong pension contribution, extra days holiday over summer, flexibility to work abroad, enhanced maternity/paternity leave)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified accountant to join a leading global Investment Management business as a Senior Accountant. Working within a high-performing finance team, you'll gain broad exposure across financial reporting, legal entity accounting, regulatory requirements and business partnering, while playing a key role in supporting a complex international organisation.

This is far more than a traditional reporting role. Alongside responsibility for the month-end close, financial analysis, management reporting and statutory accounts, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business and also have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of finance transformation, process improvement and systems-related projects that are helping shape the future of the finance function. Whether it's enhancing controls, streamlining reporting processes or leveraging technology to drive greater efficiency, you'll be encouraged to contribute ideas and make a tangible impact from day one.

The ideal candidate will be an ACA (or equivalent) qualified accountant with strong technical accounting skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You'll be naturally curious, commercially aware and keen to take ownership of your work while embracing new challenges and responsibilities.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly regarded organisation where you'll gain exposure to senior decision-makers, work on meaningful change initiatives and accelerate your long-term career development within a supportive and collaborative culture.
