The Role
They have a high calibre CFO in place, and this will be their first hire into the finance team, as the number 2 in finance. As a key finance contact to a key point of contact for the Firm’s investment, fund and operating activities, you will manage, coordinate and oversee the firm and funds administrator, in addition to external advisors and working closely with the investment team, to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of key financial and operational requirements. Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to; Finance Control and Reporting, Liquidity Management, Structuring and Deal Execution, Portfolio and Operations Oversight.
The Candidate
You’ll be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA or equivalent) with c.5 years Post Qualified Experience, gained within the Real Estate Investment or Private Equity industry. You should be highly organised, detailed-orientated with a strong focus on producing high-quality work. As part of a small team, you’ll be naturally flexible and self-motivated, able to deliver on your projects whilst proactively seeking opportunity to take ownership of other projects and deliverables. Your drive, resilience and ability to work under pressure should be core personal strengths, match by your desire to work in a fast paced, multi-jurisdictional, high-performance environment.
