Georgina is perfectly placed to advise and support the HedgerWay team and their clients, having worked with a range of recruitment firms including Start-up, Plc and Private Equity backed businesses. Utilising her deep industry knowledge of the recruitment sector alongside her broad HR experience, has allowed her to partner effectively to support MD’s and CEO’s through significant periods of growth and business transformations.
