Richard Nourse

Richard joined HedgerWay as Associate Director in February 2019 following on from 6 successful years with an established finance recruiter where he was pivotal in building their commerce and industry offering. Good humoured, with high energy, Richard’s focus is on Interim and Contract Senior Finance roles with now over 10 years experience. He prides himself on his relationship focused approach and the close network he has built over the years, allowing him to work quickly and efficiently on assignments. Given the urgent nature of interim work this has proven him to be a highly regarded and successful operator.

He specialises in securing exciting project opportunities and exceptional talent through the finance hierarchy from Interim Accountants and Commercial Finance Leads through to Interim Director and CFO level.

As a Nottingham University business graduate and previous 1st team Hockey player, Rich still plays at a “more relaxed level” of a weekend. A popular and natural “Social Secretary” he can be found at the centre of most events and excursions, he’s also a pretty handy golfer and is an avid Arsenal F.C follower
