This broad commercial finance role represents an exceptional opportunity to join this rapidly expanding division within a well recognised and respected U.K Property Developer. 

As a member of the Regional leadership team and Partnering both the FD and Managing Director you will be responsible for the implementation of strategy whilst owning the forecast and providing insight and analysis.

In a varied and challenging role you will also take oversight of commercial decision making, monitoring KPI's and ensure the Division achieves it's core financial and non financial targets as well as taking ultimate responsibility for the financial reporting (prepared by the divisional finance team). Ad hoc project work will include supporting due diligence on acquisitions, joint venture and housing association relationship management and financial modelling on key land targets. 

This role required a highly motivated ACA Accountant who will be take ownership of both numbers, targets and strategy. You'll have a strong technical background and also have the people and communication skills to work at C-Suite. Knowledge of the Property Sector NOT a pre-requisite a quick learner with a high achieveing track record in a challenge, fast moving environment preferred.

Role requires you to be predominatly based in Essex (20 mins from Liverpool Street) with some minimal travel across London and South East sites.
