HedgerWay are currently partnered with a global organisation in the recruitment of a Management Reporting Manager position based in Central London.
The company has grown significantly in recent years through both acquisitions and organic growth and as Management Reporting Manager you covering the UK & Ireland division and will be managing a team of 2 where key responsibilities will include:
- UK&I business management accounts, investigation of variances on the P&L and providing analysis to the FD & FP&A team
- Preparation of management information in the month including daily turnover reporting, project order book and consolidation of local FM P&L
- UK&I Head Office Overhead accounts including down-streaming, preparing and centrally posting costs across the business and maintenance and reconciliation of overheads
- Preparation of the year end management accounts schedules
- Assisting in the preparation of annual bottom up plan and working with FP&A in monitoring the forecast through the year
- Performing month end close activities for the P&L, working with Finance & Contract Support Managers, Reporting Managers and Overhead Accountants
- Assist in making changes to business process as a result of the acquisition/changes and growth across the UK&I entities
- Review the monthly overheads and forecasts, invoice pools and other projects within the team
The ideal candidate will be fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) and have experience in a large complex global organisation. They are also looking for someone that has experience of managing direct reports and has strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to explain technical issues in a simple and understandable way.
