HedgerWay are currently partnered with a London based retail business in their search for a Commercial Finance Analyst. This new role is additional headcount to the commercial finance team due to continued growth and will report into an impressive Head of Commercial Finance.

Core responsibilities will include:

• Producing monthly P&L variance analysis for actual vs. budget/forecast, providing commentary on key variances.
• Preparation of monthly retail pack including store and sales analysis, ecommerce sales, payroll spend and EBITDA by region.
• Ensure strategic decisions impacting the store estate are supported through robust financial information including store appraisal and performance analysis.
• Work closely with the Head of Commercial Finance with budgeting, forecast and five-year planning process.
• Partner across the business on key company projects and performance analysis with MD, Heads of Department and the Group SLT.

You will be qualified with experience in an FP&A / Commercial Finance role, ideally within retail or another consumer focused business. Strong excel and ability to manipulate and utilise large data sets essential as well as strong communication with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
