You will report to the Finance Director.
As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Manage the day to day smooth running of the finance activities, including but not limited to accounts payable / receivable, banking, commissions etc.
- Preparing and managing month end procedures, to ensure it’s completed in a timely manner, including journal posting and reconciliation
- Manage day to day cashflow and ensure smooth running of cash deposit regime
- Liaising with HR and external payroll provider to ensure smooth running of monthly payroll across the Group, including review of payroll files, HMRC submissions, P11Ds, pension contributions etc.
- Liaise and assist with FP&A and Data&MI team to deliver monthly MI pack
Experience necessary for a Finance Manager.
- Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA or qualified by experiance.
- Excellent financial control experience.
- Proven leadership exposure.
- Strong Excel.
- Good communicator.
- Able to manage heavy workload & strict deadlines.
- Experience of managing multiple stakeholders.
- Attention to detail.
This role will look up to pay up to £80,000 as well as offering a 20-30% bonus plus generous pension and healthcare benefits. They are also offering flex working 2/3/4 days a week in the office.
