About the Role

Our client is a fast-growing international energy business investing in and developing large-scale infrastructure projects that support the global energy transition. Backed by long-term capital and with an ambitious growth strategy, the business offers the opportunity to join a high-calibre finance team where you'll work closely with senior leadership, influencing commercial decision-making and supporting the continued expansion of a diverse international portfolio.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll take ownership of the finance function for the corporate entities and development activities, delivering accurate monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management and statutory support. You'll partner with operational and project teams, oversee financial controls, drive process improvements and manage one direct report, while working alongside the CFO and wider leadership team on strategic finance initiatives.

We're looking for a qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant with relevant post-qualified experience and a strong background in financial reporting, management accounting and financial control. Experience within the energy, renewables or infrastructure sectors is advantageous, alongside knowledge of IFRS and ERP systems. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, high-growth organisation offering broad exposure, genuine career progression and the chance to play a key role in the delivery of major infrastructure projects with long-term impact.

Financial Analysis Manager (Growth, Capital Investments and M&A)

Central London (3dpw)
London
£85 000 plus annual bonus and benefits
A high growth business operating at the forefront of the circular economy is seeking a Financial Analysis Manager to play a central role in its strategic decision making. This role offers genuine influence: DCF valuations, NPV and IRR analysis, and business cases presented directly to Board and Executive level, shaping decisions on capital investment, M&A, greenfield projects and debt financing. This is an opportunity to build models that inform real outcomes, not analysis that goes unread.
