About the Role
A high growth business operating at the forefront of the circular economy is seeking a Financial Analysis Manager to play a central role in its strategic decision making. This role offers genuine influence: DCF valuations, NPV and IRR analysis, and business cases presented directly to Board and Executive level, shaping decisions on capital investment, M&A, greenfield projects and debt financing. This is an opportunity to build models that inform real outcomes, not analysis that goes unread.
The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA), CFA or MBA with a strong track record in financial modelling, investment appraisal or corporate finance, gained within FP&A, transaction services, infrastructure or project finance. You will be equally comfortable building an integrated three statement model and challenging a commercial assumption or presenting sensitivity analysis to senior, non-finance stakeholders. Advanced modelling capability is essential, and the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, decision ready recommendations is what will distinguish the successful candidate.
This is a business in genuine growth, and the role reflects that ambition: broad exposure across strategic planning, transactions and financing, direct visibility with senior leadership, and real ownership of how financial models are built and used across the organisation. Based in London, three days a week in the office, the role offers the analytical breadth of a much larger business with the pace and accountability of a smaller one.
