Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer, you’ll sit close to the action and partner with senior leaders across the entire business.

You’ll take full ownership of monthly management accounts across multiple business units, pulling them together into clear, meaningful consolidated reporting that drives real decisions. You’ll run the budgeting and forecasting engine, build models that tell the story of where the business is heading, and develop KPIs that sharpen the leadership team’s focus. Alongside this, you’ll collaborate with operational leaders and trusted advisors to resolve technical accounting matters — including revenue recognition and policy setting — helping the business stay sharp and compliant as it scales.

Cashflow will sit firmly under your remit, and you’ll build the reporting the Board needs to navigate both the day‑to‑day and long‑term strategy. As the company expands into new markets, you’ll play a critical role in evaluating the financial and commercial viability of new international offices. You’ll also contribute to the evolution of incentive schemes — from commissions and bonuses to share‑based plans — ensuring they support performance and long‑term success. Another big part of your impact will come from strengthening the control environment and ensuring processes can keep pace with growth.
