Financial Controller | Leading Private Equity Firm | Up to £150,000 + Bonus | Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)

A leading Private Equity firm is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join their growing finance function. Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll take ownership of a broad and business-critical remit at the heart of the firm's finance operation.

The Role

As Financial Controller, you will:

• Own the preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Lead quarterly budgeting and forecasting, aligning outputs with the firm's strategic goals and financial targets and present findings confidently to key stakeholders and senior leadership
• Oversee regional client billing cycles and fee calculations, ensuring the wider team delivers these accurately and on time
• Direct and support outsourced resources and the onsite team responsible for supplier invoice scheduling and payment processing, ensuring smooth and correct transactions throughout

About You

• 10+ years' post-qualification experience
• Financial services background, ideally within asset management or private equity
• Advanced Excel skills
• A confident, clear communicator, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage a demanding workload against strict deadlines
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across a matrixed organisation
• Meticulous attention to detail
