FP&A Manager

HedgerWay are currently partnering with a leading organisation to recruit an experienced FP&A Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping financial planning, analysis, and reporting across the group. About the Role

You’ll lead the delivery of core financial planning processes, including annual budgets and rolling forecasts, while driving improvements in reporting and data integrity. Acting as a key member of the Finance leadership team, you’ll provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders and collaborate closely with specialist Finance Business Partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly reporting, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Analyse operational performance to identify efficiencies and value creation opportunities.
• Enhance FP&A systems and processes for better accuracy and accessibility.
• Manage and develop an FP&A Analyst, fostering a high-performance culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong FP&A experience with end-to-end planning and reporting ownership.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems (Yardi and Adaptive experience is a plus).
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Property sector experience preferred but not essential.
