About the Role
A senior leadership opportunity for an ambitious Finance Director to support the growth of a UK‑based real estate platform operating across Industrial and Commercial Property. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on delivery, working closely with shareholders, lenders and senior leadership in an entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and embed a robust financial control environment, governance framework and appropriate corporate/group structure.
- Lead group reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting and board‑level financial insight.
- Drive data migration, systems implementation and finance technology integrations to support scale.
- Lead capital raising and financing activity, working with a broad range of equity and debt investors.
- Act as a strategic partner on acquisitions, portfolio performance and long‑term value creation.
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent) with 10+ years’ industry experience.
- Proven UK Real Estate finance professional with strong knowledge of Industrial and Commercial Property.
- Highly proactive, ambitious and commercially minded, with experience operating at board and investor level.
