The role is ideally suited to an ambitious future Head of Finance who is looking to accelerate their career within a highly respected property group.

As Financial Controller, you will oversee the day-to-day finance function while partnering closely with senior leadership across the business. The role combines strong technical finance capability with operational oversight and commercial exposure.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing financial controls, reporting and compliance
• Overseeing tax, audit and statutory requirements
• Driving process improvement and operational efficiency
• Partnering with the property and operational teams across the estate
• Reviewing controls, journals and financial integrity
• Managing cash flow oversight and debt collection processes
• Supporting strategic projects and wider business initiatives
• Acting as a key support to the CFO across finance operations and commercial matters

Ideal background:

• ACA/ACCA qualified
• Experience within property, real estate or asset-heavy businesses preferred
• Technical and operational finance capability
• Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
• Ambitious, hands-on
• Able to operate effectively within a high-profile, entrepreneurial environment
