About the Role
A growing private credit and infrastructure debt platform is seeking a Fund Accountant to join its London‑based Fund Finance team. This role offers broad exposure, strong ownership, and the chance to work closely with investment and portfolio management teams across a range of closed‑end funds.
You’ll oversee day‑to‑day fund operations, including cash management, capital calls and distributions, multi‑currency equalisation, NAV reviews, financial statements, fee calculations, and performance metrics such as IRRs and investment multiples. You’ll support deal funding, manage credit and leverage facilities, coordinate audits, and contribute to regulatory reporting. You’ll also play a key part in enhancing processes, controls, and oversight frameworks while maintaining strong relationships with third‑party administrators and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will hold a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) and be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or qualified by experience, ideally from a Big 4 or top‑tier firm. Experience with closed‑end funds is desirable, and familiarity with private credit or infrastructure debt is highly advantageous. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and advanced Excel capability are essential, with Power BI and automation experience a plus.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to deepen technical expertise, influence best‑practice fund operations, and grow within a dynamic and ambitious environment.
