About the Role
We’re partnering with a high-growth, entrepreneurial real estate investment manager to appoint a Fund Controller into their evolving finance function. Since launching a few years ago, the business has grown at pace — now managing over £1.2Bn assets, with a strong pipeline of new activity. Operating across direct real estate investment and credit, the firm has quickly carved out a reputation for being agile, opportunity-led, and forward-thinking. With a lean but experienced team, they’ve built a platform that combines institutional-quality governance with the creativity and energy of a start-up environment.
Operating across the UK and Europe, the platform is focused on direct real estate and credit strategies — with a strong emphasis on industrial assets — and is actively involved in developing innovative capital markets solutions in the real asset space.
