Fund Controller

As a Fund Controller, you will be responsible for:

• Assist with managing real estate valuations process with independent valuers
• Assisting with overseeing full balance sheet substantiation and detailed analytical review of all periodic reporting at local and consolidated levels
• Assisting with various tax, regulatory and other advisors to ensure high-quality controls and processes in place
• Assisting with Cash Management, including capital expenditure, capital calls, and distributions.
• Manage ad-hoc investor reporting requests
• Assist with supervising and coordinating the audit process.
• Assist Modelling: treasury management (including involvement in raising debt, managing SPV and fund level debt), deployment forecasting, performance reporting, carried interest and capital structure optimisation
• Assist with Continual compliance management (tax structuring, transfer pricing, regulatory, financial, statutory)

Experience necessary for a Fund Controller.
• 5-6 years fund accounting experience, ideally in European entities 
• Financial services experience ideally in asset management or private equity.
• Strong Excel.
• Good communicator.
• Able to manage heavy workload & strict deadlines.
• Experience of managing multiple stakeholders.
• Attention to detail.
• ACCA,ACA or CIMA qualification

This role will look up to pay up to £120,000 as well as offering a 15-20% bonus plus generous pension and healthcare benefits. They are also offering flex working 4 days a week in the office.
