About the Role

A dynamic, multi-entity business operating across property, construction, and maintenance services is seeking a strategic and commercially astute Group Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Backed by private equity, the company is on a growth trajectory, including acquisitions and integration of new entities.

In this pivotal role, you’ll lead group-wide FP&A, delivering high-impact financial insights to senior leadership, investors, and lenders. You’ll drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, standardise reporting across the group, and support M&A activity with robust financial modelling.

What you’ll bring:

  • Senior-level FP&A experience
  • Expertise in financial modelling, performance reporting, and strategic planning
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience in property, construction, or maintenance sectors.

This is a high-visibility role with significant impact and progression potential.

London City based with competitive package + bonus. Applicants will ideally be availabe to start in Q4 2025.
