Head of FP&A

A high-performing, design-led property developer is looking for a Head of FP&A to join its central finance team and play a key role in driving financial performance across the group.

Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a strategic and hands-on role with full ownership of management reporting, forecasting, board pack preparation, and performance analysis. You’ll work closely with finance teams across multiple business units, consolidating group results, challenging assumptions, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of financial data.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially-minded finance leader to step into a visible role with exposure to senior stakeholders, board members, and external auditors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ownership of monthly reporting, board pack production, and cashflow forecasting
• Group consolidation and review of forecasts from operating businesses
• Business partnering with senior leadership to challenge performance and improve accuracy
• Managing half-year and year-end audits, liaising with external auditors
• Overseeing VAT, PAYE, CIS, and other tax submissions
• Supporting internal audits and driving improvements in reporting and controls

The ideal candidate will be:

• A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with strong FP&A and reporting experience
• Comfortable consolidating large data sets and presenting to senior stakeholders
• Analytical, detail-driven, and confident challenging the status quo
• Skilled in Excel and experienced in working across multi-entity organisations
• Energetic, conscientious, and eager to grow within a high-performing team
