About the Role
We have partnered with a leading multinational on the search for a Head of Treasury Operations to join their London team. A highly successful organisation which completes multiple acquisitions on an annual basis, the business has significant capital to further their growth aspirations around the world. This role offers the chance to shape treasury operations at a global level, modernise processes, and strengthen relationships with key banking partners.
This is a senior role with responsibility for all operational treasury activities across the group, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and robust control in payments, reconciliations, intercompany activity, and banking structures. The position reports directly to the Group Treasurer and will lead a small, dedicated treasury operations team while working closely with finance, legal, and external banking partners.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Qualified treasury / accounting (ACT/AMCT/ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) professional with strong experience in treasury operations, systems, and platforms within a multinational environment
- Expertise in cash management, intercompany structures, reconciliations, and operational risk management
- A track record of driving automation, improving processes, and implementing best-in-class controls
- The ability to build and lead high-performing teams in complex, fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with treasury and finance technology (ERP, EPM, TMS) and a focus on efficiency and standardisation
