About the Role
Our client, a private equity-backed insurance group, is undergoing significant transformation following a recent carve-out and is now entering an exciting phase of rapid organic growth. As part of this journey, they are seeking an Interim Treasury Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting critical finance projects and ensuring robust treasury operations during this period of change.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and support financial reporting initiatives linked to the group’s evolving treasury structure

Lead on debt covenant monitoring and reporting in line with private equity structures

Support the consolidation and optimisation of banking platforms across the group

Contribute to compliance and treasury governance improvements

Work collaboratively with the wider finance and operations teams on group-wide change projects
- Lead the creation of a compliance monitoring project for the new group structure
Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in a Treasury Manager or similar projects role within a private equity environment, ideally in insurance or financial services (risk management experience is key).

Strong technical knowledge of debt structures, covenant compliance, risk management and cash management

Track record of working on compliance monitoring and treasury transformation projects

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, change-driven environment

Available immediately or on short notice for a 6 month contract (min)
This is a remote-first role with 1 day per week in either Manchester or London offices. Potential for extension or permanent conversion for the right candidate. Role starting as soon as possible (can wait until end of July latest). Rate (outside IR35) £550 - £650 per day.
