Senior Commercial Finance Manager

Reporting to the CFO, this is a commercially focused role supporting senior leadership across a growing, project-led business. You will provide financial insight, drive performance analysis and support decision-making across Finance, Commercial and Operations.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial performance reporting.

• Analyse profitability, cash flow, KPIs and commercial trends.

• Partner with operational leaders to identify risks and growth opportunities.

• Present financial insight and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

• Improve reporting processes, systems and financial controls.

• Key stakeholder in new ERP implementation

• Manage and develop a junior finance team member, work with Finance Business partners across 3 business units

Profile: 

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, ideally with 5+ years' PQE.

• Strong management accounting, forecasting and commercial finance experience.

• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience desirable.

• Confident business partner with strong analytical and communication skills.

• Proactive, commercially minded and comfortable working across functions.

• Ideally have experience within Construction or House-Building sectors
