Oli Lampkin Director

Oli began life as a professional golfer at the prestigious Coombe Hill Golf Club in Surrey before discovering recruitment. He joins HedgerWay following an incredibly successful 11 years with a well-known competitor where he was consistently recognised as one of the business’s top performers. Oli forged his career in London, developing a reputation for his expertise and the depth of his long-term relationships across the Media, Publishing and Leisure sectors. Keen to player a bigger role in an expanding business, Oli took responsibility for setting up and developing the Interim market in Leeds, helping build one of the most respected brands and individual desks in the region.

Oli works with an exceptional network of senior finance talent at the CFO and Director levels, extending across the UK. The principal forces of this network spans the TMT and Retail sectors, including both a wide range of SME and multi-national business. As a recruiter there are very few as thorough, tenacious or creative and these attributes make him an ideal addition the HedgerWay Partnership.

As many of his long term contacts will attest, Oli has mastered the art of integrating his passion for golf with his passion for networking. When not in the office, on the golf course, or in a city restaurant, Oli can be found at home embracing the joys of parenthood with partner Sasha and daughter Esme.
