Richard joined HedgerWay as Associate Director in February 2019 following on from 6 successful years with an established finance recruiter where he was pivotal in building their commerce and industry offering. Good humoured, with high energy and a well networked operator, Richard’s focus is across the Consumer sectors where he holds a reputation of providing outstanding customer service and quality solutions, across both interim and permanent markets.

Richard works with a variety both of household names and high-growth businesses within Media, Technology, Telecommunications, Retail, FMCG, Hospitality and Leisure, Sports, Pharma and Healthcare. He specialises in securing exciting opportunities and exceptional talent through the finance hierarchy from Finance Manager to Director.

As a Nottingham University business graduate and previous 1^st team Hockey player, Rich still plays at a “very competitive level” of a weekend. A popular and natural “Social Secretary” he can be found at the centre of most events and excursions, he’s also a pretty handy golfer and is an avid Arsenal F.C follower.
