An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a PE backed hospitality company based in Central London. The role is a Head of Financial Operations and will report into the Group Financial Controller. The company has been through a lot of change and growth over the past 12 months and that is set to continue in the coming future. The role will involve looking after an international portfolio of sites. The role will involve the following:

• Management and mentoring of individual site finance teams
• Analysis and improvement of internal systems and processes to achieve best in class results
• Partner with the operational teams to control costs
• Act as a key finance representative for a new systems implementation
• Design and drive the budgeting and forecasting process
• Improving rolling cashflow forecasting

To be considered for the role you must meet the following criteria:

• A finance-related qualification
• At least 8 years’ experience in an Operational Finance role with responsibility for a multi-site business , preferably in a multinational company within the hospitality industry
• To demonstrate strong Excel skills
• To have strong analytical and reporting skills
• To have a hands-on attitude, with attention to detail
