Listed on the London Stock Exchange, this leading investment management business who personalise their services to meet the needs of their customers are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join their developing finance function.

Joining at an exciting time where you will be part of designing, delivering and leading change within finance, this Senior Finance Manager will be working with the Group Financial Controller and be responsible for a team of 9 who deliver monthly management accounts including actual and forecast reporting and group cost reporting at business unit and branch level. You will have additional responsibilities for driving and developing finance business partnering activities to the COO and change and technology divisions, providing rolling quarterly forecast updates and explaining monthly results to key stakeholders (both internally and externally to finance).

In order to be considered for this position you will need to have a strong academic background, be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with experience of managing a large team and be comfortable working in a high paced, deadline driven environment. You must be able to demonstrate commercial and business partnering experience and have cost forecasting experience, both BAU and project based. It is an added benefit if you have previously used TM1 and have advanced excel skills (inc macros)
