Working for one of the leading names in Global Real Estate this role takes responsibility for a diverse portfolio across multiple European regions.

As the Financial Controller you will be responsible for balance sheet management, monthly and quarterly close as well as providing group analysis. In a business undergoing Tech and systems transformation and with significant M&A and integration work, a sizable amount of work will be project focused.

Suitable candidates will be qualified accountants with experience within a large international businesses, at Finance Manager or FC level, knowledge of SOX and reporting across EMEA regions a must. Strong people skills, good time management and experience in working remotely also required (this role will be WFH until early 2021 as it stands).

Initial 12 month contract with permanent transition an option. Start mid to late/September preferred.
