We're seeking a dynamic interim Group Financial Controller to lead financial reporting, oversee group finance functions, and support the CFO. This 6-9 month contract offers the potential for a permanent role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead quarterly and annual external reporting
• Complete month-end group reporting and consolidation
• Direct discussions with the Audit Committee and manage the annual audit process
• Provide technical accounting leadership for complex transactions
• Oversee financial planning and analysis
• Manage the group finance team
• Lead systems and process development activities

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Accountant
• Previous experience in a similar role within a large, complex business
• Proficient in financial intricacies, driving improvements
• Strong technical accounting skills
• Experience with systems, ideally implementation
• Proactive leadership in dynamic environments
