CFO | PE-Backed Business | Hampshire | Up to £250k + Equity

We have been exclusively retained on an exciting CFO search for a £50m-turnover business based in Hampshire.

Having recently been acquired by a leading mid-market private equity investor, the business is seeking an experienced CFO with a strong track record in private equity-backed environments, acquisitions and exit preparation.

Working closely with the investors and executive team, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving the next phase of growth, both organically and through M&A, whilst ensuring continued operational and financial excellence across the business.

A significant part of the mandate will involve helping prepare the business for a successful exit over the next 2-3 years.

The successful candidate will be an accomplished finance leader with previous experience operating within a private equity-backed environment. You will have a proven track record of supporting growth, acquisitions and value creation initiatives, alongside experience of preparing a business for exit.
