Finance Director (Part-time)

A well established, London based Real Estate Investment Management Group is seeking a part time Finance Director to support the day to day financial management of its management company. Working closely with the Partnership CFO, this is a senior, trusted role with broad ownership across governance, partnership matters, forecasting, treasury and stakeholder engagement.

The role will lead a small, experienced finance team and oversee core responsibilities including management and statutory reporting, budgeting and forecasting, tax and VAT compliance, treasury optimisation and audit liaison. You will play a key role in partner reporting, profit allocation, cashflow and distribution planning, remuneration oversight and senior level governance forums, including attendance at partner and operational committees.

This opportunity suits a qualified accountant with strong experience either within Real Estate or wider Investment/Asset Management or from a Professional Services firm where the core portfolio has been Real Estate or Asset/Investment Management and who is comfortable working and operating at partner level. You will be commercially minded, analytically strong and confident managing multiple stakeholders such as banks, legal advisers and shareholders. The ability to work autonomously in a fast paced, entrepreneurial setting, while leading a lean team, is essential.
