Fund Finance Analyst

We're working with a specialist investment and asset management platform focused on logistics and industrial properties across major European cities. Backed by significant institutional capital and over €3bn AUM, the firm is growing fast and is now looking to expand its London-based Finance team.

The Role:
As a Finance Analyst, you’ll have broad exposure across commercial finance, fund accounting, and investor reporting. This is a hands-on role with visibility across the full investment lifecycle—from SPV accounts and cash flow management to investor relations and portfolio performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing management accounts for SPVs and consolidated funds, reviewing work prepared by outsourced providers 

• Overseeing cashflow, structuring and supporting deals teams with asset onboarding/disposal

• Supporting fund operations, drawdowns, and capital statements

• Assisting with investor reporting and portfolio performance tracking

• Fund budgeting and cash flow forecasting

What We're Looking For:

• ACA/ACCA qualified with 3–4 years' experience

• Background in real estate, private equity, or fund accounting preferred

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Yardi a plus

• Fluency in a European language preferred 

• Proactive mindset and collaborative attitude—this is a lean, entrepreneurial team
