A FTSE Listed Real Estate company are currently recruiting for a Senior Associate to join their Corporate Finance Team based in Central London.
The Corporate Finance Team has a global remit with a particular focus on student, residential, healthcare and retirement living sectors and the multi-disciplinary team has advised on transactions with a value of £10bn+ in the last 3 years alone.
You will support the team in delivering a broad range of UK and European M&A and capital raising instructions and this position offers someone the opportunity to join a market leading real estate corporate advisory team and participate in a broad range of high profile corporate real estate transactions.
The ideal candidate should have a demonstrable experience in Real Estate Investment, Corporate Finance, Private Equity or Investment Banking and have a genuine interest in developing a long-term career within Corporate Finance Real Estate.
They are also looking for someone that has strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, with a solid understanding of corporate finance, financial modelling and a desire to continue developing in these areas.
