About the Role
You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to improve visibility of financial performance, deliver compelling analysis, and challenge existing ways of working. The role is highly collaborative, requiring strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide targeted financial analysis and insight to support and challenge business strategy.
- Develop and deliver management information and dashboards with both quantitative and qualitative insight.
- Present data in a compelling way to senior management to enable strategic decisions.
- Drive efficiencies and cost savings, challenging current processes.
- Advise on emerging risks and opportunities.
- Build strong partnerships across the business to identify and realise improvement opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- ACA/ACCA/ ACMA qualified.
- Proven experience in a similar Finance Business Partner role.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP or similar).
- Strong technical understanding combined with commercial awareness.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience with multi-currency reporting.
