Finance Manager - 12 Month FTC

The Finance Manager will work closely with senior finance leadership and colleagues across the business to ensure the effective management of financial operations, robust reporting, and strong internal controls. The role contributes significantly to the organisation’s ability to deliver consistent value to its global client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Supports the preparation and collation of monthly management accounts and financial reports across group entities, presenting findings to senior finance leaders.
• Assists in monitoring and maintaining budgets and forecasts—including expenditure and cashflow—and reports variances or material changes where required.
• Shares team management responsibilities in collaboration with senior members of the finance team.
• Contributes to the training and development of junior finance colleagues, promoting their continuous improvement and supporting high standards across the finance function.
• Ensures that financial controls, processes, and project‑related procedures are robust, well‑maintained, and consistently applied.
• Works with colleagues across the organisation to identify opportunities for efficiency, improved processes, and enhanced financial visibility.
• Supports compliance with local accounting, tax, legal, and reporting requirements, liaising with external advisers where necessary.
• Maintains high‑quality financial documentation, ensuring accurate electronic filing and best‑practice record‑keeping.
