About the Role
We are currently partnered with a fast-growing, mission-led provider of newly built housing across England. Backed by leading global private equity firms, this organisation has become one of the largest developers of affordable homes in the country. They have already delivered over 15,000 high-quality homes and invested more than £2 billion into the housing market.
The Opportunity
They are seeking a FP&A Analyst – Corporate Finance to join their London finance team. This is a pivotal position, responsible for building and maintaining complex financial models that underpin long-term business planning, forecasting, and investment decisions. The role offers the chance to collaborate directly with senior leadership, lenders, and investors to shape the strategic direction of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the organisation’s long-term corporate financial model.
- Take ownership of key inputs, ensuring accuracy and robustness.
- Deliver tailored analysis and reporting for investors, lenders, and senior stakeholders.
- Support 30-year regulatory forecasting and scenario planning.
- Provide ad hoc financial and operational analysis to support strategic initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent).
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise (either through work experience or relevant courses ie, FMVA, CFA, Wall Street Prep)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify key business drivers.
- Real estate experience would be highly desirable (either in industry or through a client portfolio)
