Portfolio Management - Analyst

The Asset Management Analyst will join a high-performing team at the centre of portfolio performance. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys combining rigorous financial analysis with commercial insight, working directly with management teams, and contributing to strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and updating valuation models using macroeconomic data and company-specific financials
• Building or enhancing financial models to support business cases, performance fee calculations, and strategic decisions
• Providing analytical input to value creation initiatives across the portfolio
• Supporting bolt-on acquisitions and refinancing activities
• Reviewing and interpreting financial statements to inform asset management strategy
• Ensuring technical accuracy and high-quality outputs in all deliverables
• Communicating data, insights, and recommendations effectively to colleagues, management teams, and investors
• Building trusted relationships with portfolio company contacts for valuation-related workstreams
• Contributing to cross-functional projects such as investor relations and fundraising
