Financial Controller – Iconic Real Estate Group

This role will take responsibility for the Property Management Division of one of Europe’s highest profile Real Estate Groups.

Overseeing revenues in the region of £150m and a team of 600 this division continues to expand in line with the expanding portfolio.

As Financial Controller you’ll report directly into the Group FC and take responsibility for all financial information, reporting, controls and processes and manage a team of 12 as well as business partnering the respective MD providing high quality of financial analysis.

This is great opportunity for a qualified Accountant to oversee a high profile division in an outstanding group. Applicants will be Technically strong, with a background in financial reporting and controls and be capable of leading a large team. You’ll ideally have worked within the Real Estate sector for a number of years previously.
